At HIER Institute, we take a holistic approach to mental health, recognising that physical, emotional, and spiritual health are interconnected and all contribute to overall wellbeing. This includes nutrition, exercise, sleep, and other lifestyle factors that can impact mental health.
Couples Counseling
At HIER Institute, we also provide Couples Therapy. Our clinician are certified in providing evidence based therapy using the Gottman Method.

Trauma-Informed Care
We understand that many of our clients have experienced trauma, which can greatly impact on their functioning and well-being. That's why at HIER Institute, we provide trauma-informed care to help clients feel safe and supported through out their therapeutic journey.
Our therapists have specialised training in trauma-focused therapies, including:
